Din roll hos oss
Som inköpare ansvarar du för att genomföra upphandlingar både i projekt samt kopplat mot underhåll. Upphandlingar görs i samarbete med organisationen samt med kollegorna i inköpsteamet där vi strävar efter att leverera god kvalitet och hög serviceanda.
Rollen är placerad på OKG i Oskarshamn och du ingår i ett internationellt upphandlingsteam med medlemmar i Sverige, Tyskland, Nederländerna och Storbritannien.
Vad kommer du jobba med?
- Leda upphandlingar i nya och pågående projekt
- Prisförhandla ramavtal samt uppdatera prislistor
- Identifiera möjligheter till förbättringar och effektiviseringar
- Förbereda och hantera inköpsordrar
- Aktivt delta i vår digitaliseringsresa
- Utforma inköpsstrategier tillsammans med organisationen inom utvalda områden
- Delta i tvärfunktionella arbetsgrupper/ projektgrupper
- Leverans- samt leverantörsuppföljning
- Driva gemensam verksamhetsutveckling på avdelningen
Tjänsteresor förekommer, uppskattningsvis < 15 dgr/ år. Du blir del av ett dedikerat team på närmare 20 personer som arbetar med allt från inköp, fakturaadministration och leverantörsutveckling. Vi är en diversierad grupp där arbetsglädjen är stor och teamkänslan hög. Du rapporterar till Anna Johannesson som är inköpschefen för teamet på OKG.

Vi söker dig som delar vårt engagemang för verksamhetsnytta, goda affärer och samarbeten. Som inköpare behöver du ha god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga och kunna bygga effektiva och positiva relationer med kollegor och leverantörer.
Vår verksamhet är inte statisk och då du behöver klara av att arbeta med parallella projekt, stundtals under högt tempo, krävs förmåga att effektivt och strukturerat hantera tid och prioritera uppgifter för att nå uppsatta mål. Nyfikenhet, flexibilitet och förmåga att anpassa sig till förändrade krav från verksamhet och kund kommer väl till pass. Vi är ett team som hjälper och stöttar varandra när det behövs varför vi söker ännu en lagspelare som trivs med att samarbeta med andra men som också tar eget ansvar.
Krav:
- Akademisk examen företrädesvis inom inköp alt. annan för tjänsten relevant inriktning.
- Några års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet av kvalificerat inköpsarbete.
- Erfarenhet av förhandlingar samt god påverkningsförmåga.
- Kommersiell och finansiell förståelse.
- God förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
Meriterande:
- Vana att arbeta i SAP
- Arbetat med projektrelaterat inköp
