Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle entwickelst und steuerst du gemeinsam mit dem Team die externe Kommunikation zu zentralen Unternehmens-, Transformations- und Energiethemen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der kommunikativen Begleitung strategischer Projekte und Infrastrukturvorhaben. Dabei denkst du Kommunikation integriert und ganzheitlich – von der externen Positionierung über die interne Anschlussfähigkeit bis hin zu digitalen und sozialen Kanälen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der externen Kommunikation für ausgewählte Themen, Geschäftsbereiche und Projekte, mit dem Ziel, Zusammenhänge, Nutzen, Relevanz und Fortschritt verständlich und nachvollziehbar zu vermitteln.
  • Kommunikationsseitige Begleitung von Projekten über alle Phasen hinweg – von der strategischen Vorbereitung über Meilensteine und Stakeholder-Kommunikation bis zur öffentlichen Einordnung.
  • Verfassen, Redigieren und Weiterentwickeln von Pressemitteilungen, Statements, Q&As, Briefings, Kernbotschaften, Artikeln, Posts und weiteren Kommunikationsformaten.
  • Inhaltliche und strategische Beratung von Fachbereichen, Projektverantwortlichen und Führungskräften bei kommunikationsrelevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Disziplinen wie Interner Kommunikation und Public Affairs sowie weiteren Unternehmensfunktionen.
  • Sicherstellen eines integrierten 360-Grad-Kommunikationsansatzes über Kanäle, Zielgruppen und Formate hinweg, inklusive Social Media.
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Kommunikationsprojekten.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Kommunikations-, Medien-, Politik-, Wirtschafts- oder Geisteswissenschaften.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in verschiedenen relevanten Kontexten, zum Beispiel im Journalismus, in einer Agentur, in der Unternehmenskommunikation und/oder in der Energiebranche.
  • Ausgeprägte journalistische Schreibe sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar, relevant und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für integrierte Kommunikation und die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Externer Kommunikation, Interner Kommunikation und Social Media, um Themen strategisch zu entwickeln und konsistent über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg zu erzählen.
  • Entwicklung integrierter Kommunikationsansätze für Projekte und Infrastrukturvorhaben, um deren Ziele, Nutzen und Relevanz nachvollziehbar zu vermitteln und zur Akzeptanz im jeweiligen Umfeld beizutragen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ein gutes Gespür für sensible Themen und unterschiedliche Stakeholderinteressen.
