Deine Aufgaben
- Du agierst als Point of Contact und unterstützt Unipers Hydropower Evolution GmbH mit Projektakquise und Angebotsmanagement
- Du leitest und verwaltest die Angebotserstellung für nationale und internationale Projekte und verwaltest die Angebotsbeteiligten und -genehmigungen sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
- Du steuerst das Management technischer, kommerzieller und rechtlicher Risiken in den Angeboten durch Einholung relevanter Inputs, enge Abstimmung mit den relevanten Konzernfunktionen (z. B. Steuern, Recht, Gegenparteirisiken usw.) und angemessene Bedingungen und Konditionen
- Du koordinierst und unterstützt Angebots- und Vertragsverhandlungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Angebotsverantwortlichen
- Du koordinierst und verwaltest die Auftragsdokumentation
- Du koordinierst und unterstützt die Umsetzung von internen Regelungen und Prozessen
- Du koordinierst die Betreuung der Freelancer (Einstellung, Betreuung, Verwaltung) zur Unterstützung einer erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung
- Kaufmännische Projektsteuerung
- Du verantwortest die Gesellschaftsadministration als Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung (Organisation von Management Meetings, Aktualisierung der Unternehmenswebsite, Verwaltung von Lizenzen, Organisation der Dokumentenverwaltung, Budgetplanung, Unterstützung des Jahresabschlusses etc.)
- Du trägst zu einer nachhaltigen Leistungskultur bei (Teamarbeit und individueller Beitrag)
- Du unterstützt die Förderung einer "Beyond Zero"-Kultur im Team
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor-, Master-Abschluss) in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaft oder Recht. Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Erste Erfahrung im Angebotsmanagement oder in der Beschaffung (entweder auf technischer oder kommerzieller Seite) für internationale Kundenprojekte in der Energiebranche
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement, technischen Prozessen und Disziplinen und/oder Betrieb und Management von Anlagen.
- Erfahrung mit Vertragsmanagement/Risiko (technisch, kaufmännisch, administrativ, rechtlich, etc.) ist wünschenswert, Compliance-Mentalität
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit zur Planung/Priorisierung der Arbeit, um die Angebotsfristen erfolgreich einzuhalten; Fähigkeit, das Team dazu zu befähigen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten zum Aufbau und zur Pflege nachhaltiger Arbeitsbeziehungen zu verschiedenen Interessengruppen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Engagement und die Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen an andere Standorte außerhalb des Heimatlandes (ca. 10-20%)
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch als Voraussetzung, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
- Erfahrungen im interkulturellen Kontext
