Het handhaven en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse onderhoudsorganisatie voor de locatie Maasvlakte (energy hub). Je zorgt ervoor dat procesinstallaties veilig, effectief en efficiënt onderhouden worden en creëert de randvoorwaarden om de bedrijfsdoeltellingen te realiseren.

De Head Technician Intrumentation is verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het zorgdragen voor de veilige, kostenefficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van onderhouds-, modificatie-, ondersteunende en inspectiewerkzaamheden.
Werkzaamheden
- Draagt zorg voor de uitvoering van onderhouds-, ondersteunende, en inspectiewerkzaamheden.
- Bereidt werkzaamheden voor op het gebied van veiligheid, milieu, taakscope, methode, materiaal mensen en middelen (budget). Stelt hiervoor specificaties op en bespreekt deze met leveranciers.
- Beoordeelt offertes, initieert de voor de werkzaamheden benodigde bestellingen (ATB) en voert ingangscontrole uit.
- Bewaakt, begeleidt, coördineert en controleert de uitvoering van onderhouds-, ondersteunende en inspectiewerkzaamheden wat betreft veiligheid, milieu, planning, budget en kwaliteit.
- Keurt facturaties goed (MIGO en Service Entry) inzaken uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
- Rapporteert ten aanzien van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
- Ontwikkelt voorstellen ter verbetering van de uitvoering van onderhouds-, ondersteunende en inspectiewerkzaamheden en Preventieve Onderhoudsplannen.
- Lokaliseert en analyseert storingen en lost deze op.
- Ondersteunt bij het in – en uit bedrijfnemen en proefdraaien van installaties.
- Voert inspecties en onderzoeken uit aan installaties en geeft technisch advies.
- Keurt reparaties, materialen en installatiedelen.
- Participeert in grootschalige revisies als onderdeel van de Outage organisatie.
Profiel
Een MBO’er met een afgeronde studie en/of aantoonbare ervaring in:

- Afgeronde E&I opleiding MBO-4
- E&I Engineering
- Affiniteit met Meet-en regeltechniek
Ervaring
- Met regeltechnische installaties correctief en preventief
- SAP PM / WCM
Communicatieve vaardigheden en gedrag
