Our Corporate IT Team is looking for you! Your responsibilities - Set up crisis and ad-hoc communication
- Draft “Situation Reports” and escalation notices for key stakeholders; coordinate approvals
- Maintain and refine the change-communication plan
- Keep milestones, channels, target groups and escalation paths up-to-date in SharePoint / Azure DevOps
- Create newsletters, intranet posts and e-mail updates
- Story pitching, scheduling and layout coordination
- Prepare events
- Draft agendas, set up surveys, find dates, book rooms, organise media/tech support
- Sentiment & risk monitoring
- Run pulse surveys (Netigate), analyse feedback, visualise trends (e.g. in Power BI)
- Coordinate quick-win actions
- Produce mini-guides, FAQ updates, how-to clips and track their impact
- Support the change-champion network
- Brief key users; collect rapid feedback on critical deployments
- Organise rapid lessons-learned cycles
- Facilitate “blitz retros” after each major deliverable; publish action plans
- Change backlog & action tracking
- Maintain tasks, deadlines and responsibilities in Jira / Planner; prepare status reports for the PM / PMO
- Collaboration & minute-taking
- Take minutes in key meetings and follow up on open items
- Research & best-practice scanning
- Summarise current trends in change methods, remote engagement and crisis PR
Your profile - Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Systems, Communication/Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Experience in communicating under time pressure, such as through student editorial work, event organization, hackathon PR, or crisis-communication workshops
- Proficient with MS 365 and collaboration tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Forms; knowledge of Azure DevOps is desirable
- Basic knowledge of project, conflict, and stakeholder management
- Foundational understanding of change methods and adoption frameworks
- Analytical skills and introductory knowledge in Business Intelligence, including Excel (pivot tables) and initial steps in Power BI
- Stress tolerance and resilience, demonstrated through simultaneous study and part-time jobs, competitive sports, or volunteer leadership roles
- High degree of self-organization and prioritization skills, familiar with methods like Kanban or the Eisenhower Matrix
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including storytelling and clear visualization of complex IT topics
- Availability of 20 hours per week, with the option to increase during peak periods
- Team- and service-oriented mindset, with empathetic interaction with business departments, vendors, and project leadership
