As the Senior Structuring Manager (UK) you are accountable for driving profitable growth by structuring opportunities for customers in the UK, which is a new business for Uniper. This will include owning the day-to-day relationship with our UK B2B partner and to provide commercial expertise and guidance to our future strategy for the UK market.
Your responsibilities
- UK Partnership: Own and develop the day-to-day partnership with our B2B partners, leading and developing all deal opportunities.
- Structuring: Structure offers (product, pricing, terms and conditions) for our customers in the UK, that are both attractive for our customers and value creative for Uniper.
- Bid Teams & Leadership: Lead internal conversations to leverage the competitive advantages of an international energy company, including Portfolio Management, UK Upstream, Product Development, Credit & Legal. Potential future management responsibilities alongside UK expansion.
- Pricing Methodologies: Collaborate with the (Pricing) Method and Modelling Lead to ensure risk strategy is aligned with Uniper’s strategy and are well documented.
- Input to international best practice: Work with other members of the Pricing & Structuring Teams to ensure that best practice is shared across the business, for the benefit of all international markets.
- Product Development & Value Optimisation: Work with other BWS teams to ensure continuous development of Uniper’s product suite and optimisation of contracts post signature.
- Commercial Strategy: Be a lead consultant to commercial strategy projects, playing a pivotal role in designing the downstream UK strategy.

- Deep knowledge of the UK energy market, including the B2B and PPA markets
- A strong network of connections with UK businesses and the public sector
- Growth mindset with a proven ability to scale a business at pace
- A strong commercial focus with a first rate understanding of how value is created in the energy sector and the ability to get results
- Experience structuring products
- Focused on customer satisfaction
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
