Our Digital Enablement Team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!
Your responsibilities
As a working student supporting in our Digital Enabling and Training, you will play a key role in driving forward internal digital enablement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the coordination and execution of Corporate Technology (CorpTech) projects, including documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Supporting the development and delivery of internal training materials and enablement content for digital tools and platforms.
- Helping to manage internal knowledge-sharing sessions, such as walk-in clinics and team briefings, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights that inform continuous improvement of internal IT services.
- Contributing to the organization and tracking of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.

- Strong communication skills – You enjoy working with people, can explain things clearly, and are comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
- Structured and proactive mindset – You’re organized, take initiative, and like to keep track of tasks and timelines.
- Interest in corporate IT or digital transformation – You’re studying a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Communication, or similar) and want to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in English and German – You can communicate effectively in an international team setting.
- Availability for at least 12–20 hours per week – You’re enrolled at a university and can commit to a regular working student schedule.
