Your responsibilities
• Analyze existing financial reporting and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and efficiency improvements
• Support the design and development of automation solutions using tools such as Python, SQL, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Gain an understanding of operational financial reporting and reconciliation processes in order to identify automation opportunities
• Perform reconciliation activities by reviewing existing processes, understanding end-to-end workflows, and identifying gaps or inconsistencies
• Execute and maintain automated workflows, including running Python scripts, database jobs, and Power Automate flows
• Support data integration and processing tasks, including uploading and transforming data in databases or reporting systems
• Assist with the setup and improvement of reporting and reconciliation processes
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving data transparency, reporting quality, and operational efficiency
Your profile
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong interest in data, automation, and process optimization
• Practical experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis
• Familiarity with automation or data tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar technologies
• Basic understanding of databases or data warehouse environments (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Cloud) is a plus
• Experience reviewing or working with Excel macros (VBA) and interest in modernizing legacy Excel-based workflows through automation solutions
• Availability for at least 12 months (ideally longer)
