Working Student - Proposal Management (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, documentation and coordination of proposals to support business growth
- Support our team by analyzing trends, creating reports and designing dashboards to visualize insights via data analysis
- Manage and track commercial processes with our internal tools
- Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to optimize proposal workflows
- Conduct research and assist in decision-making processes based on data insights
- Help to improve data management processes and ensure data quality
- Implement yourself to optimize our daily work with your ideas and enthusiasm
Your profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Economics or a related field
- First experience with data handling, analytics or business intelligence tools
- First interest in internal commercial processes, business operations and stakeholder management
- Proactive and detail oriented, combined with a strong analytical and problem-solving attitude
- Team-Player and open to work in multi-cultural and diverse work environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint and open to learn new software tools
- Fluent english speaking and written, German will be beneficial to have
