Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleitung öffentlich-rechtlicher Planverfahren als Träger öffentlicher Belange (TÖB) auf allen hoheitlichen Planungsebenen zur Sicherung der Assets der Erzeugung
  • Bauplanungsrechtlichen Entwicklung nicht betriebsnotwendiger Flächen sowie Weiterentwicklung der Grundstücke
  • Unterstützung bei der Bewirtschaftung des Grundbesitzes in Deutschland und der Wahrnehmung der Eigentümerinteressen
  • Unterstützung administrativer liegenschaftlicher Aufgaben (Grundbuchangelegenheiten, Miet- & Pachtverträge, Gestattungen etc.)
  • Sonstige anfallende Tätigkeiten im Bereich Land Management (Erstellung von Präsentationen, Datenpflege, Rechercheaufgaben etc.)

Dein Profil

  • Du absolvierst aktuell dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Raumplanung, Stadt- und Regionalplanung oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
  • Du wendest grundlegende Kenntnisse des deutschen Planungsrechts sicher an, insbesondere in Bauleitplanverfahren sowie Landes- und Regionalplanung.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit GIS-Systemen (z. B. SmallWorld) ist wünschenswert.
  • Präsentationen erstellst du eigenständig und pflegst Daten zuverlässig.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
