Deine Aufgaben

Arbeitssicherheit & Projektintegration

  • Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften, sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitssicherheitskultur
  • Durchführung arbeitssicherheitstechnischer Kontrollen beim Einsatz interner und externer Partnerfirmen
  • Koordination, Überwachung und technische Begleitung von Um- und Neubaumaßnahmen an OT-Systemen unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Normen (ISO 27001/2/19) und wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte
  • Technische Prüfung erbrachter Lieferungen und Leistungen externer Dienstleister
  • Wahrnehmung der technischen Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Projekten und Standort zur optimalen Integration von Projektentwicklungen in bestehende Standortaktivitäten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der HSSE-Standards während Entwicklung und Bau der Wachstumsprojekte
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, technischen Angebotsvergleichen, sowie Mitarbeit bei Vergaben
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Minimierung von Standortrisiken für Wachstumsprojekte
  • Vertretung der Interessen des Transformation Hub über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg (Projektübergabe, Betrieb, Wartung)
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation des Projektfortschritts an die Betriebsmannschaft zur Förderung von Akzeptanz und Engagement

OT-Projekte & Systeme

  • Betreuung und Koordination technischer Schnittstellen innerhalb von OT-Projekten
  • Installation, Wartung und Betrieb von Server-Systemen im OT-Umfeld
  • Unterstützung bei Programmierungs- und Konfigurationsaufgaben

Beschaffung & Betrieb von OT-Infrastruktur

  • Überwachung und Betrieb von OT-Netzwerken
  • Beschaffung, Austausch und Lifecycle-Management von OT-Komponenten
  • Dienstleisterbetreuung (intern und extern)
  • Planung, Aufbau, Pflege und Dokumentation von Daten, Telefon- und mobilen Infrastrukturen

Schnittstellen zwischen OT, Prozess-IT und IT

  • Technische Betreuung von Schnittstellen u. a. zu: Client-Server Kommunikation (Standortübergreifend), Kamera und Videoüberwachungssystemen, Uniper Corporate Networks (z. B. OSIsoft PI), Behördenanbindungen, insbesondere zur Bezirksregierung für Emissionsfernüberwachungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Techniker:innen in techn. Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen:
    • Netzwerke, Switche, Firewalls
    • Virtualisierungstechniken (VMWare, Proxmox)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit OT-Systemen, Netzwerken und Schnittstellen
  • Verständnis für Informationssicherheits-, Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltstandards
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, analytische und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise
  • Projektmanagementkompetenz, sowie Entscheidungsfähigkeit im Rahmen definierter Unternehmensprozesse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie aufgabenbezogenen SAP Modulen
