Deine Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten die gesamte externe Kommunikation von Uniper: Pressearbeit, digitale Kommunikation, Live-Formate
  • Sie setzen Themen: politisch, wirtschaftlich, kommunikativ. Ziel: Unipers Rolle als Garant für Versorgungssicherheit, Kraftwerksneubau und Transformation klar positionieren
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Governmental Relations zusammen und formulieren Botschaften, die politisch präzise und handwerklich sauber sind
  • Sie steuern ein Messaging-Framework, das intern wie extern Orientierung gibt
  • Sie treiben die digitale Kommunikation voran, bauen KI-gestützte Abläufe aus und stärken Unipers Thought Leadership
  • Sie vertreten Uniper gegenüber Leitmedien – national wie international – und koordinieren die gesamte Medienarbeit über Ländergrenzen hinweg
  • Sie pflegen tragfähige Beziehungen zu Journalisten, politischen Akteuren und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit Investor Relations die kapitalmarktnahen Kommunikationslinien
  • Sie führen ein erfahrenes Team aus PR-Manager, Pressesprechern und Digital-Spezialisten– und coachen die Teamleitungen
  • Sie verantworten die Krisenkommunikation und bereiten das Top-Management auf öffentliche Auftritte und politische Formate vor
  • Sie berichten direkt an den EVP Corporate Communications & Governmental Relations

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Unternehmenskommunikation, politischer Kommunikation oder Public Affairs – idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft oder bei politischen Akteuren. Journalistischer Hintergrund ist ein Vorteil
  • Souveräner Umgang mit komplexen energiepolitischen, regulatorischen und gesellschaftlichen Fragen
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge in Medienarbeit und Agenda-Setting – in politisch aufgeladenen Situationen
  • Ein belastbares Netzwerk in nationalen und internationalen Leit- und Wirtschaftsmedien
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und präzise zu erklären – schriftlich, visuell, digital
  • Vertraut mit modernen Kommunikationsformaten: Social Video, KI-gestützte Tools, datenbasierte Content-Systeme
  • Führungserfahrung, Belastbarkeit, analytische Stärke und Freude an Veränderung
  • Hohe Präsenz in Düsseldorf; regelmäßige Kontakte zur Hauptstadtpresse in Berlin
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend; weitere Sprachen sind willkommen
