Senior Grid Manager Poland (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities
The Grid Engineering team is responsible for designing and implementing grid connection solutions for solar, wind, and battery storage projects across Europe, from conceptual design through to execution.
- Contribute to the development and realization of renewable energy projects at all stages, with a focus on grid connection and substation systems in Poland.
- Conduct engineering assessments to define technical specifications, designs, and conceptual drawings, including the overall scope for EPC (turnkey) contracting and CAPEX estimation.
- Understanding of engineering norms, standards, legislation, and regulations related to electrical systems and grid operation.
- Engage with regional DNOs and TNOs to secure and develop grid connection solutions.
- Define and oversee external engineering services and manage the scope of technical contracts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization related to Grid topics.
- Represent the company at industry fairs, conferences, and association events.

Your profile
- University degree in Electrical Engineering (advanced vocational qualifications and relevant practical experience will also be considered).
- Strong, in-depth experience in electrical grid engineering.
- Passion for delivering high performance and taking ownership of tasks.
- Creative, open-minded individual with a good sense of humor.
- Business fluency in both English and Polish.
- Independent professional with strong team spirit.
- This position is focused on the Polish market.
