Deine Aufgaben

Wesentliche Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Verantwortliche Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten im Rückbau von nuklearen Anlagen
  • Erreichung der wirtschaftlichen, terminlichen und qualitativen Zielvorgaben im Projekt unter Beachtung der HSE-Vorgaben von Uniper und des Kunden
  • Beratung und Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Erarbeitung von technischen Lösungskonzepten und Studien
  • Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Angeboten und Verträgen im In - und Ausland unter Anwendung des nationalen/ internationalen Vertragsrechts (mit Unterstützung der Rechtsbereiche)

Typische Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:

  • Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben als Hauptansprechpartner des Kunden für alle auftragsrelevanten Themen
  • Erarbeitung von technischen Lösungen zur Abwicklung des Auftrages
  • Funktionale Steuerung des Projektteams und der Bauleitung bei Montageprojekten
  • Steuerung von Lieferanten, Werkvertrags- und AÜG-Partnerfirmen in Bezug auf die Projektabwicklung
  • Umfassendes Projektcontrolling (u.a. Kosten, Termine, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Personalressourcen) und Projektrisikomanagement
  • Einbindung der relevanten Unterstützungsfunktionen (Vertragswesen, Claim Management, Einkauf etc.)
  • Erstellung aller relevanten Unterlagen, wie z. B. Projektunterlagen, Bauleitermappe
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder in vergleichbarer Fachrichtung oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung bei der Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Bau, Rückbau oder Instandhaltung von Industrieanlagen, idealerweise mit nuklearem Hintergrund; idealerweise einschlägige Erfahrung beim Rückbau von nuklearen Anlagen oder bei der Wartung und Instandhaltung von nuklearen Anlagen
  • Fachübergreifende rechtliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisches Handeln, sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit, Dienstleistungsmentalität, Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative
  • Gute IT Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. B2)
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen national und international
  • Führerschein Klasse B
