Interested? Then we will look forward to meeting you! Your responsibilities- Management of project planning, implementation, and oversight in France, from initiation to completion.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders, to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Initiation, monitoring, and coordination of official procedures, including environmental planning, connection, and construction processes.
- Providing support to the Management Board in organizational growth and project portfolio development.
- Assisting in the negotiation of agreements securing real estate usage rights and contracts with energy operators and contractors.
- Manage weekly reporting on their own projects based on Uniper internal tools
- Design, implement and continuously improve the tools used to manage development activities, in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
- Building positive relationships through collaboration with local authorities, communities, and landowners.
Your profile- Degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field, with a solution-oriented mindset and commitment to learning
- In-depth knowledge of project development stages, including permitting, land contracts, and grid connections, with track record in utility-scale solar or wind projects up to financial investment decision
- Technical expertise in wind and solar projects, including CAD, GIS, and Office tools, with experience in the french regulatory framework and permitting
- Strong project management skills, including the use of tools, detailed reporting, and long-term planning
- Growth mindset with openness to new technologies and a willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and capabilities
- Familiarity with financial tools and concepts, and excellent communication and presentation skills in international, multicultural settings
- Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are a plus
