Deine Aufgaben
Du bist bereit, flexibel und verantwortungsvoll zu agieren und ein Team von Führungskräften zu ergänzen und zu unterstützen, dass verschiedenste Infrastrukturtechnologien der Energieversorgung im industriellen Umfeld mit hohem Verfügbarkeitsanspruch betreibt.
- Leitung und Verantwortung des internen IT/OT-Bereichs im Betrieb „Lastverteilung und Infrastruktur West“
- Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer on-premise IT/OT-Infrastruktur und Prozesse
- Mitarbeit bei der Gewährleistung und Weiterentwicklung der Informationssicherheit einer kritischen Infrastruktur
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter mit den Schwerpunkten Netzwerkinfrastruktur sowie Daten- und Systemintegration
- Ansprechpartner für strategische Prozess-IT-Themen intern und extern
- Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten in Abstimmung mit relevanten Fachbereichen und Dienstleistern
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Management von IT-Infrastrukturen und in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Expertise im Betrieb von IT/OT-Infrastrukturen und Serverräumen (Netzwerk, Server, Virtualisierung) und idealerweise von SCADA-/Netzleitsystemen
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft, sich mit den Anforderungen eines sich schnell wandelnden energietechnischen Umfeldes auseinanderzusetzen
