Deine Aufgaben

  • Bewirtschaftung des Uniper Grundbesitzes in Deutschland und Wahrnehmung der Eigentümerinteressen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen, wie z.B. Uniper Fachbereichen, Behörden und Eigentümerschaften von Grundstücken
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Bewertung von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Uniper Bestandsportfolios sowie von Fremdgrundstücken
  • Begleitung öffentlich-rechtlicher Planverfahren als Träger öffentlicher Belange (TÖB) auf allen hoheitlichen Planungsebenen
  • Aktive Bauleitplanung zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Flächennutzung unter Wirtschaftlichkeits-, Nachhaltigkeits- und Verwertungsgesichtspunkten
  • Eigenverantwortliche rechtssichere Verhandlung und Abschluss von Kauf-, Verkauf-, Miet-, Gestattungs- und Pachtverträgen sowie Erbbaurechtsangelegenheiten
  • Fachliche Steuerung und Koordination von externen Immobiliendienstleistern
  • Erarbeitung von Strategien für die Grundstücksbevorratung sowie langfristige Grundstücksinvestitionen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium, Studium der Raumplanung, Geographie, des Vermessungs- oder Ingenieurwesens bzw. in verwandten Bereichen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis rechtlicher, wirtschaftlicher, strategischer und technischer Zusammenhänge in der Immobilienentwicklung sowie Kenntnisse in der Immobilienbewertung
  • Umfangreiches Fachwissen in der Bauleitplanung und Raumordnung sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und öffentlichen Planungsträgern
  • Sicheres Auftreten in Verhandlungen, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Liegenschaftsinformationssystemen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Nachhaltigkeits- und Servicebewusstsein
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
