Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Wartung und Instandhaltung der Kraftwerke sowie Durchführung, Mitarbeit und Überwachung von Inspektions-, Wartungs-, Instandsetzungsarbeiten und Projekten
- Verantwortung für die Mitarbeiterführung während der Stellvertretung sowie Sicherstellung der Rufbereitschaft und insb. Herstellung des sicheren Anlagenzustandes im Rufbereitschaftseinsatz
- Herstellung sicherer Anlagenzustände (Freischaltungen, Arbeitserlaubnis) für die Arbeitsdurchführung sowie Verantwortung für Überwachung der Anlagenzustände (sicherer Betrieb, kein Verlust von Medien wie Öl etc.) und stichprobenartige Qualitätssicherung bei Maßnahmendurchführung im Verantwortungsbereich (insb. Dienstleister)
- Strukturierte Beurteilung und Analyse von Anlagen- und Maschinenzuständen inkl. der richtigen Maßnahmenableitung
- Operative Umsetzung der HSSE Vorgaben im Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Pflege der Instandhaltungsplanung nach Vorgaben der O&M Strategie
- Budgetverantwortung im Zuständigkeitsbereich sowie Mitarbeit bei der Budget- und Mittelfristplanung
- Partnerfirmenmanagement vor Ort, insbesondere Einweisung und Kontrollfunktion der Dienstleister
- Rufbereitschaft und Störungsbeseitigung und Hochwassermanagement sowie ggf. Übernahme der Ausbildung dezentraler Azubis
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Meister- oder Technikerqualifikation im Fachgebiet Maschinentechnik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und Unterhalt von Laufwasser-, Speicher- oder Pumpspeicherwerken
- Erfahrung in der zielorientierten Mitarbeiterführung gewünscht
- Grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel und PowerPoint) und SAP
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse der branchenrelevanten Regeln der Technik, der Arbeitssicherheit und des Umweltschutzes
- Bedien- und Schaltberechtigung ggf. innerhalb von 6 Monaten zu erwerben
- Führerschein Klasse B
