Deine Aufgaben

  • Konsolidierte und integrierte Finanzplanung und Hochrechnung inkl. Konzeption und Koordination der jeweiligen Prozesse
  • Pflege eines umfassenden und aussagekräftigen Management-Reportings für die operativen Segmente mit Fokus auf dem Segment Greener Commodities
  • Stakeholder-Management inkl. Schnittstelle zu Business Controllern
  • Analyse der finanziellen Performance auf Segmentebene in Ist- und Plan-Prozessen, Identifikation der wesentlichen Treiber von Abweichungen und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorschlägen
  • Erstellung von Finanzplanungsszenarien und Analyse ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Uniper-Segmente
  • Unterstützung des quartärlichen Abschlussprozesses und Bereitstellung von Informationen für die externe Kapitalmarktberichterstattung von Uniper
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Controllinginstrumente und der wesentlichen Finanzkennzahlen
  • Mitarbeit in konzernweiten Projekten zur finanziellen Steuerung und zur harmonisierten Softwarelösung für Konsolidierung und Planung

Dein Profil

  • Background in Controlling oder (Konzern-) Rechnungswesen
  • Methoden- und Prozess-Know-how im Bereich der finanziellen Unternehmenssteuerung (Planung & Reporting, Finanzkennzahlenanalyse)
  • Fähigkeiten und Interesse an einer fundierten Analyse von Steuerungskonzepten sowie deren Anwendung auf konkrete Sachverhalte mit Blick auf das EBITDA sowie die ganzheitliche Betrachtung der verschiedenen Finanzkennzahlen
  • Kenntnisse in der IFRS-basierten Konsolidierung von Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Kapital und Cash Flow in einer mehrstufigen Konzernstruktur
  • Numerische und analytische Kompetenzen mit der Fähigkeit, Daten und Informationen zu interpretieren und in einem klaren und logischen Format darzustellen
  • Interesse an digitalen Tools und PowerBI Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, das große Ganze zu sehen und die finanzielle Performance auf Grundlage von Markt-, Betriebs- und Strukturtreibern zusammenzufassen
  • Positive Einstellung zu Veränderungen, Transformationen und Herausforderungen
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Energie, Flexibilität, und die Bereitschaft, auch unter Druck zu arbeiten, um anspruchsvolle Ziele zu erreichen
