Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung einer langfristigen Instandhaltungsstrategie (Komponenten, Insourcing, Outsourcing, etc.) auf Basis der Vision des Standorts
  • Verantwortliche Leitung des Bereichs Service/ Instandhaltung und Wahrnehmung der damit verbundenen Führungsaufgaben, insbesondere Personalentwicklung in Veränderungs-prozessen
  • Planung der laufenden Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie der jährlichen Revisionsstillstände, Analyse von Instandhaltungsschwerpunkten
  • Aktive Förderung der Arbeitssicherheit und der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsbestimmungen, Umweltschutz-, gewerberechtlichen und behördlichen Vorschriften, Gesetzen sowie Auflagen aus Genehmigungen
  • Sicherstellung der kraftwerksinternen technischen Dokumentation (Maschinen-, Elektro- und Bautechnik) inkl. der Zuordnung von wiederkehrenden Prüfungen aus Genehmigungen und Auflagen
  • Budgetplanung und –verantwortung für den Bereich
  • Ansprechpartner/-in für Aufsichtsbehörden und Koordination von Partnerfirmen
  • Berichterstattung im Rahmen des innerbetrieblichen und unternehmensweiten Meldesystems
  • Projektmanagement und Wahrnehmung von Beauftragtenfunktionen
  • Optimierung von Prozessabläufen im Verantwortungsbereich (Operational Excellence, Digitalisierung etc.)
  • Identifikation und Steuerung von abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Erstellung von Qualitätssicherungskonzepten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Betreuung von Projektarbeiten

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kraftwerkstechnik oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Interesse an der Förderung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter/-innen
  • Kenntnisse der Betriebssicherheitsverordnung, OHSAS 18001
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie die Fähigkeit zum bereichs- und organisationsübergreifenden Arbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit, sehr hohe Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zum Initiieren, Treiben und Begleiten von Veränderungsprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office- und SAP-Anwendungen
  • Umfangreiche Praxiserfahrung in Methoden der Prozessoptimierung
  • Offener, wertschätzender Umgang
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort in Schrift
