Was Dich in der Ausbildung erwartet

Du absolvierst Deine 3-jährige Ausbildung zum/r Kaufmann:frau für Büromanagement (Ausbildungsbeginn am 01.09.2026) bei Uniper in einem internationalen, diversen Umfeld mit Teammitgliedern aus über 80 Ländern. Dabei kannst Du Dich auf die Wahlqualifikationen „Assistenz und Sekretariat“, „Personalwirtschaft“ oder „Kaufmännische Steuerung und Kontrolle“ spezialisieren und leistest so wichtige Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung unserer Büro- und Geschäftsprozesse. Je nach Ausbildungsstandort erhältst Du Einblicke in die Personaladministration oder bist für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung zuständig, übernimmst die Anfertigung von Abschlüssen im Rechnungswesen oder Auftragsabrechnungen. Des Weiteren zählt die Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken, Protokollen und Präsentationen zu Deinen Aufgaben und Du erhältst Einblicke in die Organisation von Besprechungen, Reisen und Veranstaltungen. Darüber hinaus gehört auch die Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit internen Abteilungen sowie externer Kundschaft zu Deinen Aufgaben.
