Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachgerechte Ausbildung und Betreuung von Auszubildenden im gewerblich-technischen Bereich, insbesondere im Berufsfeld Industriemechaniker*in
  • Vermittlung praxisnaher Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten in den Bereichen Metallbearbeitung, Montage- und Fertigungstechnik sowie Steuerungstechnik
  • Selbstständige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Ausbildungseinheiten gemäß Ausbildungsrahmenplan
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für den gesamten Ausbildungsprozess, von der Einführung über die Betreuung bis zur erfolgreichen Abschlussprüfung
  • Anleiten, Unterweisen und individuelles Fördern der Auszubildenden mit dem Ziel, deren Potenziale zu erkennen, zu wecken und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Durchführung und Bewertung von praxisbezogenen Projekten, Lernerfolgskontrollen und Prüfungen
  • Einhaltung und Vermittlung der branchenrelevanten Regeln der Technik, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutzvorschriften
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Berufsschulen, IHK, externen Partner*innen und den Ausbildungsbeauftragten anderer Fachbereiche
  • Betreuung und Anleitung von Schülerpraktikanten und Schulklassen
  • Mitarbeit an Personalmarketingaktivitäten wie z.B. Ausbildungsbörsen, Messen und Schulbesuchen
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Führung von Ausbildungsnachweisen, Berichtsheften und Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Prüfungen
  • Teilnahme an der Werkfeuerwehr im Kraftwerk Staudinger

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Meister- oder Technikerqualifikation im Bereich Mechanik / Industriemechanik – idealerweise mit AdA-Schein (nach Ausbildereignungsverordnung)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der geltenden technischen Regeln, Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Elektropneumatik sowie Grundkenntnisse in der Programmierung von Siemens Logo-Steuerungen
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen, inklusive Programmierung mit G-Code und Heidenhain-Steuerungen
  • Basiswissen im Bereich Elektrotechnik von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), sowie SAP
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Erfahrung in der zielorientierten Führung von Mitarbeitenden, insbesondere im Bereich der Ausbildung und Förderung junger Menschen
  • Hohes Interesse an der pädagogischen Arbeit und der Entwicklung junger Talente
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Auszubildenden und Verständnis für deren Herausforderungen und Bedürfnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Motivierende Persönlichkeit mit Vorbildfunktion und der Fähigkeit, Begeisterung für technische Berufe zu vermitteln
