Regulatorische Beratung:

  • Du gibst als Fachexpert*in regulatorische Empfehlungen zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsinitiativen, Projekten und zur Genehmigung neuer Handelsprodukte
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass bestehende Vorschriften eingehalten und neue regulatorische Anforderungen nahtlos in die bestehende Melde-Landschaft integriert werden
  • Du unterstützt verschiedene regulatorische Projekte und nimmst an Branchendiskussionen mit Kolleg*innen teil, um Wissen zu vertiefen und Themen gezielt zu priorisieren
  • Du überprüfst und optimierst bestehende Prozesse, um Transparenz, Nachvollziehbarkeit und Genauigkeit der regulatorischen Daten im gesamten Unternehmen sicherzustellen
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst ein Monitoring-Framework, um Genauigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Vollständigkeit der regulatorischen Meldungen zu gewährleisten – inklusive delegierter Berichterstattung und eingebetteter Kontrollmechanismen

Zusammenarbeit & Kommunikation:

  • Du arbeitest eng in einem multinationalen Team und stimmst Dich mit verschiedenen Abteilungen im Unternehmen sowie mit externen Stakeholdern ab
  • Du förderst den Wissensaustausch durch geeignete Dokumentation und trägst zu einer Kultur der datengestützten Entscheidungsfindung bei
  • Du kommunizierst regulatorische Erkenntnisse und Neuerungen verständlich an alle relevanten Beteiligten

Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft:

  • Du analysierst und behebst Fehler, die in täglichen Prozessen auftreten
  • Du setzt vorbeugende Maßnahmen um, um wiederkehrende Probleme zu vermeiden
  • Du arbeitest mit den zuständigen Teams zusammen, um Schwachstellen zu beheben und Prozesse zu optimieren

  • Du bringst fundiertes Fachwissen über zentrale Finanzregulierungen mit – z. B. EMIR, REMIT, MiFID, MAR – sowie über die dazugehörigen Rahmenwerke
  • Du hast ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für den Energiehandel, einschließlich der gehandelten Produkte, Märkte und Portfolio-Strukturen
  • Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse in Transaktionsmeldeprozessen, idealerweise im Bereich Compliance oder Regulatorik
  • Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung und zum kritischen Denken
  • Du arbeitest sehr genau und bist in der Lage, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig effizient zu bewältigen
