Your responsibilities
- Support Uniper’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process across the Uniper Group and ensure the associated regulatory and business requirements are met
- Effectively coordinate a wide range of stakeholders across all Uniper functions and provide advice, expertise and guidance to successfully execute the ERM process within strict deadlines
- Ensure the Enterprise Risks are reviewed, challenged and assessed on a like for like basis to ensure consistent high-quality Risk Inventory data
- Aggregate individual risks to a portfolio view using Monte Carlo simulations, analyse Uniper’s Risk Bearing Capacity situation
- Prepare management summaries and reports for the Uniper Risk Committee, Uniper Board of Management and Uniper Supervisory Board to depict the overall Enterprise Risk situation of Uniper and allow risk-based decisions and actions to be taken
- Support and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Uniper’s global Enterprise Risk Management System
- Maintain, communicate and enforce the standards of Uniper Enterprise Risk, Market and Credit Risk Policies
- Develop, maintain, communicate and enforce standards for risk controls related to trading with algorithms
- Develop, maintain, communicate and enforce Uniper internal standards for selected aspects of Financial Regulations (EMIR, MiFID) across all Uniper Functions and geographies in alignment with Uniper’s Legal / Trading Compliance team
- Effectively operate key risk controls, follow up on cases of non-compliance with Risk Policies
Your profile
- Background in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Risk Management, Auditor, Controlling or similar education
- 3-4 years of professional experience in Risk Management in working experience in the above area of responsibilities or comparable areas of responsibility
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan deliverables and manage multiple stakeholders to deadlines
- Interest in working in the second line of defense; interest and ability to defend and continuously improve & reinforce Risk Policy & Control principles
- Ability to manage multiple complex topics simultaneously with an excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand the cause and effect of risks
