If you enjoy making things clearer, faster, and smarter (and love tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps or Power Automate), you’ll fit right in. You’ll among others work on topics that are related to the transformation of our enterprise to S/4HANA @ RISE and modern collaboration practices.

What you’ll do (your mission)

  • Stakeholder management & transparency
    Support communication and alignment across stakeholders (IT, business, vendors)
    Create transparency via structured updates, simple dashboards, and clear documentation
    Help keep everyone aligned: what’s decided, what’s next, what’s blocked
  • Collaboration in a changing tech world (S/4HANA / RISE / SaaS)
    Help define and document new roles and responsibilities created by new technologies and delivery models (e.g. SaaS, RISE, S/4HANA)
    Support practical roll-out: “who does what” and “how do we work together”
  • Modern M365 collaboration (O365, Teams)
    Organize content, channels, and collaboration spaces in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
    Support meeting hygiene: agendas, notes, action tracking, follow-ups
  • Automation (Power Automate, Copilot)
    Identify repetitive backoffice tasks and help automate them using Power Automate
    Explore and apply Copilot to reduce manual work (summaries, drafts, structured content)
    You’ll get support/training options internally (e.g. Power Automate).
  • SharePoint management
    Build and maintain SharePoint pages/libraries as “single source of truth”
    Improve structure, metadata, permissions concepts, and information findability
  • Agile delivery & Azure DevOps
    Support agile ways of working (backlog hygiene, sprint support, retros, documentation)
    Help maintain work tracking and reporting in Azure DevOps (boards, dashboards)

Your profile

What you bring

  • Enrolled student (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Management with tech focus—or similar)
  • Interest in digital collaboration, automation, and making work simpler
  • Comfortable working with structured information (docs, lists, dashboards)
  • Language: English and German (written & spoken)
  • Reliable, proactive mindset: you like taking ownership and getting things done

Nice to have (not required)

  • First experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, or basic scripting/low-code
  • Curiosity about SAP landscapes (S/4HANA) and enterprise IT
  • Exposure to Agile / Azure DevOps
