Your responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve the PMO Knowledge Hub using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Organize and structure project management documentation, templates, standards, and best practices
  • Support the implementation and governance of the PMO Documentation Management Framework
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across international teams to develop user-friendly knowledge management solutions
  • Drive effective knowledge sharing and ensure information is accessible, structured, and easy to navigate
  • Support PMO process improvement initiatives and governance activities
  • Prepare presentations, communication materials, training content, and management reports
  • Contribute ideas to enhance collaboration, process efficiency, and the adoption of PMO tools and ways of working

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong interest in project management, knowledge management, process improvement, and digital workplace solutions
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications; experience with SharePoint Online is a strong advantage
  • First experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, or content structures is beneficial
  • Structured, organized, and detail-oriented way of working with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new topics and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated team player who enjoys contributing ideas and driving improvements in a dynamic international environment
