Your responsibilities
In the role as Application Manager / Service Owner you´ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the services and solutions that support the Uniper’s business units across Sweden. Furthermore, your main areas of responsibility and tasks will include the following;
- Product Ownership for Scrive
- SAP - Manage budget, invoicing and suppliers for applications in scope
- Providing business stakeholder support
- Project Participation when relevant including review of project deliverables (including document management system and CMDB design)
- Participate in Incident and Problem management following ITIL framework
- Application Portfolio Maintenance - managing new and existing configuration items in CMDB (Jira Service and Asset Management)
- Ensure information security classification of IT-systems in scope in relevant tool
- Acting as an escalation point for incidents within the services and IT systems in your portfolio
- Publishing and maintain the IT Service Catalog on Swedish Ping pages
- Oversee and drive document migration from file shares to Sharepoint for Uniper IT Sweden
Your profile
The ideal candidate has a successful background- and experience in Incident and Application management, as well as experience in managing services at an international level. Furthermore, we believe you have an in-depth understanding of project management, experience in administering platforms, capture and understand user requirements, and provide user consulting. If you have a post-secondary education in IT or equivalent, it is advantageous but not a requirement. The most important is that you can identify yourself with the experience and qualifications as described in this job ad, as well as having a strong motivation and desire to develop yourself. Other skills and experiences we value high for this role is as follows;
- Experience with procurement processes such as PR’s and PO’s as well as invoice approvals, preferably in SAP
- Familiarity with CMDB concept
- Knowledge of ITIL v3
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience with SharePoint online is a plus
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Awareness of ISO 27001 and ISO 27001 as security is key
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
