Du kommer arbeta med förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll av el-teknisk utrustning på kärnkraftverket Oskarshamn 3 samt dess tillhörande anläggningar. Detta är en roll med många kontaktytor inom driften, teknikavdelningen och inköp. Förutom spännande utmaningar inom underhåll så finns även stora utvecklingsmöjligheter i gruppen då medarbetare deltar i projektverksamhet och driver egna underhållsåtgärder. Erfarenhetsutbyte och samarbete med kollegor i branschen både nationellt och internationellt förekommer.
Vad kommer du jobba med?
Du arbetar både med administrativa och praktiska arbetsuppgifter inom underhållsverksamheten. Ansvaret för olika komponenttyper är fördelade mellan gruppens medarbetare. Exempel på arbetsområden är brytare, transformatorer, generatorer, reläskydd, el-motorer, motordon, likspänningssystem mm. Planering av och underhåll vid revisonsavställningar samt underhåll under drift, sker i nära samarbete med drift och planeringsfunktioner.
Vanligt förekommande arbetsuppgifter är:
- Beredning, planering och medverkan i utförandet av förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll.
- Dokumentering och avrapportering av utförda underhållsarbeten.
- Medverkan i olika mötesforum för planering, daglig verksamhet och projekt.
- Förbättringsarbete och optimering av underhållsprogram, arbetssätt och underhållsinstruktioner.
- Medverkan som underhållsrepresentant i projekt men även mindre komponentutbyten.
Arbetstiderna är måndag-fredag kl.07.30-16.00. Du ingår i en grupp med 15 medarbetare där underhållstekniker, underhållsingenjörer, arbetsledare och gruppchef tillsammans arbetar som ett team med dagliga avstämningar. Du rapporterar till Gruppchef/PEE och får i Robert Wigren en chef som stöttar sitt team, uppmuntrar till öppen dialog och månar om att du som medarbetare blir sedd och hörd.
Vem vi söker
Arbetet på ett kärnkraftverk är komplext varför vi gärna ser att du har en analytisk förmåga och kan bilda dig en helhetssyn för underhållsarbetet på anläggningen. Du behöver vara säkerhetsmedveten och förstå vikten av att följa arbetsrutiner. Hos oss kommer säkerheten alltid först! För att bli lyckosam i rollen krävs att du kan planera och strukturera dina arbetsuppgifter, tar ansvar och jobbar för att upprätthålla kvalitet och nå anläggningens mål. Eftersom tjänsten omfattar många kontaktytor uppskattar vi din goda kommunikationsförmåga, ditt initiativtagande och att du kan arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med andra.
Krav:
- Högskole-/universitetsexamen inom exempelvis elkraft/automation och/eller motsvarande gedigen arbetslivserfarenhet från underhåll som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig.
- Goda kunskaper i svenska språket (tal, skrift, förståelse) samt grundläggande kunskaper i engelska.
Meriterande:
- Arbetslivserfarenhet från att ha arbetat med el/instrument underhåll.
- Arbetslivserfarenhet inom t.ex. brytare, transformatorer, generatorer, reläskydd, el-motorer, motordon och likspänningssystem.
