Your responsibilities
- During the 18-24 months trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment
- You will start in New Green Power and Gas for the first six months of your trainee program and then rotate flexibly upon your career development path and interests across the organization – you design your own placement plan and receive support from your own mentor
- You will learn from, network and collaborate with experts from different fields across Uniper, contribute your ideas and work on your own projects
- You will contribute to and learn from our trainee community, receive trainings and development opportunities
- In your predefined home unit New Green Power and Gas, you will start your work focussing on the Business Development of large-scale Green Molecule Assets like Green Hydrogen and/or Green Methanol production assets, as well as Ammonia Import and Cracking facilities.
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in (industrial) engineering, business administration, economics or similar fields
- Interest in energy economics or energy technology
- First practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities, ideally including intercultural experiences
- Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment, taking the initiative and proactivity while working in various teams
- Communication skills and the aim and skills to network among different stakeholders
- English language skills are required, German is a plus
