Enheten för elteknik är en del av OKG ABs teknikavdelning. Vi ansvarar för att utföra konstruktioner och analyser samt fastställa krav och konstruktionsförutsättningar. Som teknisk ledare inom elteknik kommer du att ha en central roll i att driva och koordinera vårt konstruktions- och analysarbete. Du leder arbetet från ett tekniskt perspektiv och säkerställer att rätt saker görs – i rätt tid.
Vad kommer du jobba med?
- Leda och fördela konstruktions- och analysarbete inom elteknikområdet
- Samordna, följa upp, dokumentera och redovisa framdrift i pågående uppdrag
- Vara kontaktperson gentemot uppdragsgivare
- I samarbete med grupp-/enhetschef säkerställa rätt resurser till uppdragen
- Implementera tekniska och organisatoriska förändringar
- Driva verksamhetsutveckling, t.ex. av konstruktionsrutiner och konstruktionsverktyg
- Agera tekniskt stöd till utförande funktioner såsom montage- och provningsledare
I rollen som teknisk ledare kommer du att ha en bred och varierad arbetsdag där du bidrar till både det dagliga arbetet och verksamhetens långsiktiga utveckling. Ett fåtal planerade tjänsteresor inom Norden förekommer.
Du blir en del av enhetens ledningsgrupp och rapporterar direkt till enhetschef för TE. I Stefan Ekelund får du en ledare som är lyhörd, hjälpsam och månar om din utveckling. Tillsammans med dina kollegor är du med och formar ett teknikintensivt område i ständig utveckling.
Vem vi söker
Vi söker dig som har ett genuint intresse för teknik och människor – och som vill vara med och bidra till vår fortsatta utveckling inom elteknik. Du har en naturlig förmåga att coacha, leda och stötta andra, och du trivs i en roll där du bygger förtroende och skapar samarbeten över organisatoriska gränser utan att vara chef eller ha personalansvar.
Du är engagerad, systematisk och noggrann, med en stark känsla för struktur och kvalitet. Vi tror att du är en person som kan växla mellan självständigt arbete och nära samarbete i team, beroende på situation och behov. Du behöver god kommunikationsförmåga och gärna social kompetens – hos oss är kontaktytorna många.
Krav:
- Elteknisk utbildning på högskolenivå, eller grundläggande elteknisk utbildning i kombination med flera års erfarenhet inom elområdet
- God datorvana, då mycket av arbetet sker i digitala verktyg
- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska – i tal, skrift och förståelse
Meriterande:
- Erfarenhet av ledarskap/projektledning
- Erfarenhet av arbete med el- eller instrument-/kontrollutrustning inom annan industri
- Tidigare yrkeserfarenhet från kärnkraftsbranschen
- Vana vid arbete i CAD-verktyg
- B körkort
