Deine Aufgaben
- Aktive Umsetzung der Arbeitsschutzpolitik und der Ziele im Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz sowie des Energiemanagements der Kraftwerksgruppe West
- Gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitssicherheitskultur in Ihrem Teilbereich und in der gesamten Kraftwerksgruppe West
- Übernahme der Funktion der verantwortlichen Elektrofachkraft für die Kraftwerksgruppe West
- Technische Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Umbau-, Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsmaßnahmen unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und Normen
- Koordination der Auftragsabwicklung sowohl intern als auch mit externen Dienstleistern
- Anforderung und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern
- Durchführung von Störungsanalysen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen innerhalb des Teilbereichs
- Sicherstellung der Funktionalität und Einhaltung der rechtlichen Anforderungen an emissionstechnischen Anlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Mittelfristplanung und bei der Einhaltung des genehmigten Budgets für die Kraftwerksgruppe West
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Modifikation notwendiger Betriebs- und Prozessanweisungen
- Sicherstellung des erforderlichen Ausbildungsstands und des Fachkundeerhalts der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter
- Sicherstellung der für die Instandhaltung der Anlage notwendigen Personalressourcen durch ausreichende Personalplanung (Einsatz und Urlaubsplanung)
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Langjährige Erfahrung innerhalb der Instandhaltung im Bereich Elektro-/Leittechnik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Generatoren, Motoren, Transformatoren, Schaltanlagen, Frequenzumrichter, Schutztechnik und Prozessleittechnik inklusive Feldkomponenten
- Hoher Anspruch und vorbildliche Haltung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse mit der Anwendung der Systeme SAP-PM / WCM und mit MS Office
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Verantwortlichkeit für den Arbeitsbereich
- Bereitschaft für Wochenendarbeiten innerhalb der gesetzlichen und tariflichen Bestimmungen
- Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gesundheitliche Eignung im Rahmen der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen gemäß berufsgenossenschaftlichen Grundsätzen und Gefährdungsanalyse
- Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen
