Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortliche Leitung des Teilbereichs Compliance und Administration innerhalb des Bereichs Quality & Performance
- Wahrnehmung der damit verbundenen Führungsaufgaben unter Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsbestimmungen und Compliance-Anforderungen
- Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit zuständigen Zentralfunktionen und zuständigen Behörden in Abstimmung mit dem Bereichsleiter Quality & Performance
- Aufbau, Erweiterung und Nutzung des unternehmensinternen Netzwerks für die Bearbeitung interdisziplinärer Aufgaben innerhalb der Kraftwerksorganisation
- Wahrnehmung und Erfüllung der dem Unternehmen durch Gesetze, Verordnungen, Genehmigungen und andere Bestimmungen auferlegten Pflichten
- Organisation des betrieblichen Beauftragtenwesens
- Koordination der standortspezifischen Berichtspflichten gemäß der CSRD-Richtlinie
- (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
- Sicherstellung und Pflege der rechtskonformen Betriebsorganisation
- Organisation des Prozesses zur Verfolgung von Auflagen und Nebenbestimmungen
- Übernahme von Berichtspflichten an die zuständigen Behörden
- Mitarbeit in der Budgetplanung in Abstimmung mit dem Bereichsleiter Quality & Performance
- Betreuung der Managementsysteme ISO 14001, 45001 und 50001 in der Betriebsorganisation und Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Audits in Abstimmung mit zentralen Funktionen
- Koordination des Dokumentenmanagements
- Steuerung von externen Auftragnehmern einschließlich Ausschreibungen und Sicherung von Terminen, Budget und Qualität bei Anforderungen des Bereiches Q&P.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Führungserfahrung in (interdisziplinären) Teams sowie Interesse an der Förderung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern/-innen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den zuständigen Behörden und weiteren Stakeholdern
- fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung, Nachhaltung und Umsetzung von Vertragspflichten sowie behördlichen Genehmigungen und Erlaubnissen, Vorschriften und Normen
- Umfassende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Umweltrecht sowie im betrieblichen Beauftragtenwesen
- Kenntnisse über Dokumentations- und Archivierungsanwendungen
- fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung, Nachhaltung und Umsetzung von behördlichen Genehmigungen und Erlaubnissen, Vorschriften und Normen
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie die Fähigkeit zu bereichs- und organisationsübergreifendem Arbeiten
- Kenntnisse der Managementsystemnormen ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 und der dazu im Unternehmen benutzten Software-Tools
- Grundkenntnisse der Kraftwerkstechnik
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Berater
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Software und weiteren EDV-Anwendungen (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint-Anwendungen, One ECM, SynergiLife)
- Organisationsgeschick
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Kommunikationsvermögen
- Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
- gesundheitliche Eignung im Rahmen der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen gem. berufsgenossenschaftlichen Grundsätzen und Gefährdungsanalysen
