Technischer Sachbearbeiter Projektunterstützung (w/m/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist Teil des lokalen Kraftwerksgruppen-Teams im Bereich Site Integration Projekte, dessen Ziel die Dekarbonisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Energy Transformation Hub Rhein-Ruhr im Einklang mit Unipers Wachstumsstrategie ist
- Als technische Schnittstelle zwischen Projekten und Standort sorgst Du für die Optimierung und die technische Integration der Projektentwicklung in die Standortaktivitäten
- Dabei stellst Du sicher, dass die HSSE-Standards des Standorts während der Entwicklung und des Baus der Wachstumsprojekte eingehalten werden
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse, führst technische Angebotsvergleiche durch und unterstützt bei den Vergaben
- Du koordinierst die Themen und Fragestellungen, die aus den Projekten hinsichtlich der Standortgegebenheiten und Infrastruktur entstehen
- Du identifizierst und minimierst Standortrisiken für die Wachstumsprojekte, um eine erfolgreiche Strategieumsetzung zu ermöglichen
- Du vertrittst die Interessen des Transformation Hubs während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus für eine erfolgreiche Übergabe, den Betrieb und die Wartung der Projekte
- Du gewährleistest einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit den bestehenden Anlagen, der Infrastruktur und dem Land, um zukünftige Wertoptionen zu maximieren und Hindernisse für die zukünftige Entwicklung zu vermeiden
- Du kommunizierst die Wechselwirkungen zwischen den Site Integration Managern, den Assets und den Wachstumsprojekten
- Du informierst regelmäßig die Betriebsmannschaft über die Entwicklung der Wachstumsprojekte, um das Engagement und die Akzeptanz der zukünftigen Eigentümer und Betreiber zu stärken
- Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Überprüfung der Projektauslegung zusammen mit dem Asset Integration Bereich und trägst die Entscheidungsbefugnis im Einklang mit den Unternehmensprozessen als Project Integration Manager
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister / Techniker (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Starke Kommunikations- , Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Fundiertes Verständnis der Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltgesetze und -standards sowie eine positive Sicherheitseinstellung, die die Fähigkeit besitzt, die richtige Sicherheitskultur zu fördern
- Positive Arbeitsmoral mit dem Vertrauen, etablierte Praktiken in Frage zu stellen
- Fundierte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute sprachliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
- PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, aufgabenbezogene SAP-Module)
- Prozessorientiertes Denken und Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen
- Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
- Gesundheitliche Eignung im Rahmen der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen gem. berufsgenossenschaftlichen Grundsätzen und Gefährdungsanalyse
