Deine Aufgaben
- Übernahme der Aufgaben als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft für den Standort (nach Einarbeitung)
- Bereichsübergreifende Begleitung von elektrotechnischen Aufgaben und Projekten
- Analyse & Optimierung der Verfahrenstechnik/Prozesstechnik
- Mitarbeit und Verantwortung im Bereich Energiemanagement
- Sicherstellung der Anlagenzuverlässigkeit, der Kraftwerksprozesse und der Brennstoff- und Chemikalienversorgung
- Monitoring des Wärmeverbrauchs und CO2-Ausstoß
- Einhaltung der behördlichen Auflagen und Genehmigungen
- Förderung / Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter durch entsprechende Weiterbildungen und Qualifikationen (Teamgröße ca. 10 erfahrene Mitarbeitende)
- Mitarbeit bei themenbezogenen Audits
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten an diesem Standort
- Übernahme der Funktion als stellv. Leiter des Bereichs Produktion
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik / Energietechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit DQR-Niveau 7
- Kenntnisse / Erfahrungen im elektrotechnischen Bereich mit versch. Spannungsebenen
- Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Betrieb, idealerweise von Kraftwerken oder in vergleichbaren Betrieben im Bereich Elektrotechnik wünschenswert
- Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie die Fähigkeit zum Bereichs- und organisationsübergreifenden Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zum Initiieren, Treiben und Begleiten von Veränderungsprozessen – change management
- Teilnahme an Ingenieur-Rufbereitschaftsdienst (ca. alle 7 Wochen)
- Bereitschaft zur Qualifizierung den Einsatz in der Werkfeuerwehr
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
