Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt den Leiter der mechanischen Instandhaltungswerkstatt in allen fachlichen und organisatorischen Belangen und übernimmst bei Abwesenheit die Stellvertretung
  • Arbeitsschutz hat in unserem Unternehmen höchsten Stellenwert. Du trägst aktiv zur Förderung der Arbeitssicherheitskultur (Beyond Zero) gegenüber eigenen Mitarbeitenden und Partnerfirmen bei
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Beseitigung von maschinentechnischen Störungen an Kraftwerksanlagen und deren Dokumentation in SAP
  • Du koordinierst die Betreuung der Partnerfirmen für deinen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und Durchführung der fristgerechten, wiederkehrenden Prüfungen von Betriebs- und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Du planst die Arbeiten des Teams gemeinsam mit dem Leiter der mechanischen Instandhaltungswerkstatt wöchentlich und stundengenau unter Berücksichtigung der vorhandenen Ressourcen und in Abstimmung mit der Instandhaltungsplanung
  • Du prüfst durchgeführte Arbeiten auf Vollständigkeit, dokumentierst die Ergebnisse systematisch mit Checklisten und stellst sicher, dass alle Aufgaben den geltenden Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards entsprechen
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Sicherung und Pflege der digitalen, kraftwerksinternen technischen Dokumentation in deinem Bereich
  • Du betreust und begleitest unsere zwei Auszubildenden (Industriemechaniker – Fachrichtung Instandhaltung) im Tagesgeschäft sowie in der praktischen Ausbildung
  • Du förderst die Digitalisierungsmöglichkeiten in der Werkstatt
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen im eigenen Bereich (5S, OE) mit Hilfe von Kennzahlen und Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen unter Berücksichtigung der “Stimme des Kunden”
  • Bereitschaftsdienst bei Störungen und flexible Arbeitszeiten zur Unterstützung des Kraftwerksbetriebs

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem mechanischem Beruf und hast dich weiterqualifiziert als Meister oder Techniker mit einem guten Abschluss
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kraftwerkstechnik oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen, sowie Führungserfahrung wäre von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich fachlich, sowie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln Erfahrung in der Ausbildung oder Betreuung von Auszubildenden ist von Vorteil
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse der einschlägigen gesetzlichen Vorgaben, Normen und Managementsysteme wie z. B. Betriebssicherheitsverordnung, Arbeitsschutzgesetz, berufsgenossenschaftliche Vorschriften, DIN-Normen usw.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, sowie die Fähigkeit zum bereichs- und organisationsübergreifenden Arbeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Zu deinen Stärken zählen Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Flexibilität
  • Du initiierst, treibst und begleitest Veränderungsprozesse und übernimmst nach ausreichender Einarbeitung auch den M-Bereitschaftsdienst
  • Du bist offen für moderne und zukunftsweisende Arbeitsmethoden
  • Du beherrschst den Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP-Anwendungen
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
