Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachprojektleitung im Rahmen von Kraftwerksprojekten, z. B. bei Umbau‑, Instandhaltungs‑ und Neubauprojekten, überwiegend im nationalen Umfeld
  • Technische Begleitung und Steuerung von Engineering‑Aktivitäten über alle Projektphasen hinweg mit Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Budget
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
  • Durchführung von Störungsanalysen, Befundaufnahmen und Schadensbewertungen sowie Ableitung und Festlegung geeigneter Reparaturlösungen
  • Technische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Anlagen (Assets)
  • Begleitung von Kraftwerksrevisionen vor Ort im Rahmen der genannten Aufgaben
  • Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen im Ausschreibungsprozess
  • Analyse und Bewertung technischer Angebote sowie Mitwirkung bei Vergabeverhandlungen
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams bei Machbarkeits‑, Wirtschaftlichkeits‑ und Konzeptstudien zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen bestehender Anlagen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Energietechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb und/oder in der Instandhaltung von Kraftwerken (z. B. Kohle, Gas oder Öl)
  • Fundierte, fachübergreifende Kenntnisse in Kraftwerkstechnologien, z. B. Rotating Equipment, Dampferzeuger, Rauchgasentschwefelung und ‑reinigung sowie Nebenanlagen
  • Bereitschaft zu mehrtägigen Dienstreisen
  • Ausgeprägte Team‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Neugier, Kundenorientierung und Durchhaltevermögen
  • Freude daran, gemeinsam tragfähige und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen sowie sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
