Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, suchen wir für unsere Business Line Hydrogen, eine unserer wichtigsten strategischen Wachstumseinheiten, erfahrene Kandidaten wie Dich, um eine neue Ammoniak-Cracker Anlage im Pilotmaßstab an unserem Standort Gelsenkirchen-Scholven zu betreiben. Die Position ist befristet auf 2 Jahre.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gewährleistung des sicheren Betriebs einer neuen Ammoniak-Cracker Pilotanlage am Standort Gelsenkirchen-Scholven
  • Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung für eine Schichtgruppe, sowie die Koordination der täglich anfallenden Aufgaben
  • An- und Abfahren der Pilotanlage, sowie die Überwachung des Versuchsbetriebs
  • Steuerung der Pilotanlage von der Messwarte aus, sowie Durchführung von regelmäßigen Kontrollgängen im Anlagenfeld
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur-, Umbau- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten während des Versuchsbetriebs und bei Anlagenstillständen
  • Mitwirken bei Inbetriebnahme und Rückbau der Pilotanlage

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemikant/Chemiefacharbeiter (w/m/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation im Bereich Chemie, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Verfahrenstechnik
  • Zusätzliche Voraussetzung ist eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker in einer der oben genannten Disziplinen
  • Ausgeprägte Berufserfahrung (+5 Jahre) als Meister/Techniker (w/m/d) in Chemieanlagen, vorzugsweise in der Öl- und Gasindustrie
  • Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Steam Reformern sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Chemieanlagen, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Test- und Versuchsanlagen oder Reforming-Prozesse. Kenntnisse in der schrittweisen Hoch- und Anfahrsequenzierung sind von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit Entscheidungen zu treffen ist unerlässlich
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Prozessleittechnik, sowie im Bereich Mess- und Regeltechnik
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Prozessleitsystem Siemens Simatics PCS 7
  • Hohes Maß an Flexibilität mit einer hohen Einsatzbereitschaft innerhalb eines vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetriebs
  • Kenntnisse in SAP-WCM wünschenswert
