Schichtführer Produktion Betrieb Schicht Kohle (w/m/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Wahrnehmung der Führungsaufgaben für die Schichtmitarbeiter des Teams
- Durchführung des ordnungsgemäßen, sachgerechten und bestimmungs-gemäßen Anlagenbetriebes unter Einhaltung der Betriebsvorschriften, der Vorgaben des BOHB sowie der einschlägigen Regeln und Richtlinien, Genehmigungen, Umweltschutzaspekte entsprechend den Vorgaben der Teilbereichsleitung und der Kraftwerkseinsatzplanung
- Übernahme der Anlagenverantwortung
- Überwachung sowie Bedienen und Beobachten (BuB) der Anlagen
- Überwachung, Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung hinsichtlich Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit des Anlagenbetriebes
- Feststellung von Ausmaß und Umfang von aufgetretenen Störungen und Veranlassung von Maßnahmen zur Störungsbeseitigung, sowie Information des direkten Vorgesetzten bzw. ggfs. des Bereitschaftsingenieurs
- Verantwortlich für sichere Freigaben und Freischaltungen sowie Normalisierungen im Rahmen des Arbeitserlaubnisverfahren und Sicherstellung der Einweisung von Reparaturpersonal vor Ort
- Koordination und Optimierung des Schichtbetriebes im eigenen Zuständigkeitsbereich und Sicherstellung des erforderlichen Kenntnisstandes der Mitarbeiter durch regelmäßige Unterweisungen und Schulungen
- Ausbildung von Kraftwerkern und Kraftwerksmeistern in den Anlagen
- Durchführung der Personal-, Einsatz- und Urlaubsplanung der Teammitglieder, Unterstützung der Teilbereichsleitung bei der konzeptionellen Personalplanung
- Initiierung von erforderlichen Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen in den zugeordneten Anlagen und Meldung im SAP
- Koordination von Stillstandsmaßnahmen, ggfs. bei größeren Stillständen als benannter Koordinator
- Leitung der Schichtübergabe / -übernahme mit Dokumentation aller betriebsrelevanter Ereignisse in SAP (z.B. Grenzwertüberschreitungen, Lasteinschränkung, etc.)
Dein Profil
- Kraftwerksmeister M (w/m/d) mit Erfahrung im Kraftwerksbetrieb
- Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeit mit Bewusstsein für Teamarbeit
- Selbständigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität
- PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, aufgabenbezogene SAP-Module)
- Prozessorientiertes Denken und Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft für Fort- und Weiterbildung
- Gesundheitliche Eignung im Rahmen der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen gem. berufsgenossenschaftlichen Grundsätzen und Gefährdungsanalyse für den vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb
