Our Renewables Operations and Maintenance Team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!
Your responsibilities
Uniper Renewables is responsible for the development of the solar-PV, wind-onshore and co-located batteries business of Uniper, predominantly in Europe. The renewables business is one of the most important pillars of our strategic ambition. Our aim is to deliver more than 0,5 GW growth p.a. The geographical set-up and our existing capabilities allow us to enhance the solar, wind and co-located batteries of Uniper in all selected geographies.
- Prepare standardize O&M documentation for tenders (Scope of Work and technical requirements)
- Support Procurement contract technical negotiations and evaluation of contractor proposals by providing O&M input aligned with company strategy
- Support sourcing and evaluation of O&M contractors in relevant markets
- Support refinement of OPEX estimates during project development
- Assist in managing existing O&M service contracts and tracking contractual obligations, cost control and KPI compliance
- Assist in monitoring performance of operational sites
- Follow up on EPC warranty claims during the initial operational period
Your profile
- University degree in the area of electrical engineering, renewable energies or similar
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in solar-PV or wind industry
- Proficiency in O&M contract management and respective industry standards
- Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
- Basic to intermediate experience in contract negotiation and tendering processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Business fluency in English, any other language will be helpful
