Deine Aufgaben
- Projektunterstützung bei Anlagenänderungen, Instandsetzungen, Neuanlagen in den Bereichen Dampf und Druck, Explosionsgefahren und Wasserhaushaltsgesetz / AwSV
- Erstellung, Bewertung und Steuerung von Schutzkonzepten, Anlagengefährdungsbeurteilungen bzw. Ex-Schutzdokumenten unter Berücksichtigung des Brand- und Blitzschutzes zu überwachungsbedürftigen Anlagen und Arbeitsmitteln als fachkundige Person
- Projektunterstützung bei Prüfungen vor Inbetriebnahme und wiederkehrenden Prüfungen von Anlagen und überwachungsbedürftigen Anlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Prüforganisationen (ZÜS, Befähigten Personen) in den Gefahrenfeldern Dampf und Druck, Explosionsgefahren und Wasserhaushaltsgesetz / AwSV
- Prüffristermittlung zu wiederkehrenden Prüfungen von überwachungsbedürftigen Anlagen und Arbeitsmitteln und der Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfdokumentationen
- Bewertung von Anlagenzuständen zur Erhaltung der Anlagensicherheit unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben aus den Verordnungen und technischen Regeln
- Erstellung von Konzepten und Ausführungsanweisungen z. B. für Anlagen- Inertisierungen (Gas), Prüfungen auf Dichtheit, Wartung usw. anhand der Betriebsanleitungen und Anlagendokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei Behördenkontakten und weiteren Stakeholdern
- Kenntnisse aus Plan- und Genehmigungsverfahren
- Kenntnisse der Managementsystemnormen ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 und der dazu im Unternehmen benutzten Software-Tools
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Verfahrenstechnische Kenntnisse in Kraftwerks- und/oder Industrieanlagen
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung und Auslegung von EU-Richtlinien (z. B, DGRL 2014/68/EU, Masch RL 2006/42/EG) nationalen Gesetzen, Verordnungen und Technischen Regeln (ProdSichV, BetrSichV, ÜAnlG, AwSV, GefStoffV, DVGW- Merkblätter Gas, PrüfVO NRW,) einschl. der einschlägigen Normen
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Rohrleitungs- und Apparatetechnik und mechanischen Sicherheitseinrichtungen
- Grundlagenkenntnisse in der Steuer- und Leittechnik zu Sicherheitseinrichtungen im Rahmen von Schutzkonzepten und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen in Anlagen
- ausgebildete befähigte Person bzw. Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung gem. BetrSichV im Bereich Dampf und Druck, Explosionsgefahren und betrieblich verantwortliche Person gem. WHG
- Zuarbeit bei Anträgen nach BImSchG
- Neugier auf einen Standort im Umbruch mit rasch anzupassenden Prozessen auf sich verändernde Bedingungen
- Übernahme von Beauftragtenfunktionen (z.B. EX-Schutz, Gewässerschutz)
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen
