Project Management Officer (g/v/m)

Location: Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands

Wat ga je doen:

  • Ondersteunen van teamleiders op het gebied van organisatorische, financiële en administratieve taken.
  • Opstellen, organiseren en rapporteren van projectvergaderingen.
  • Organisatie van Contractor safety meetings t.b.v. Contractor management
  • Fungeren als de SAP-focal point in het "procure-to-pay" proces voor het bestellen van materialen, diensten en goederen, inclusief het opstellen van bestelaanvragen, het verwerken van facturen, het financieel afsluiten van orders en het aanmaken van jaaropdrachten.
  • Opstellen van SAP-werkinstructies en het trainen van personeel.
  • Verzamelen, opstellen en indienen van facturen voor uitgevoerde werkzaamheden ten behoeve van derden.
  • Opstellen en bijhouden van voortgangsrapportages van projecten.
  • Adviseren over de rode draad en voortgang van projecten, waarbij notulen van revisie- en projectvoortgangsvergaderingen worden gemaakt, gebruikmakend van technische taal die begrijpelijk is voor de betrokken technische partijen.
  • Opstellen, onderhouden en bijhouden van revisie- en projectplanningen met een nadruk op plannersvaardigheden, inclusief rapportage over voortgang en advies over de rode lijn van het project, met gebruik van technische terminologie voor een publiek dat bekend is met de techniek.

Wie zoeken wij

  • Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een technische opleiding met interesse in financiële administratie.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Projectmedewerker, Project Management Officer of vergelijkbare functie, met een focus op het opstellen van planningen, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving.
  • Bekendheid met SAP PM/MM.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in MS Word, Excel en bij voorkeur MS Project.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Vermogen om effectief te werken in een klein team en een klantgerichte benadering te hebben.
