Waar zoeken wij iemand voor
Het in de haven van Rotterdam gelegen energiecentrum op de Maasvlakte bestaat uit een steenkool- en biomassacentrale (MPP3) en een STEG-eenheid (UCML). De installaties bedienen meerdere industriële klanten met een vermogen van ongeveer 1.200 MW. MPP3, met zijn state-of-the-art ontwerp, werkt volgens de meest uitdagende prestatieparameters. In de toekomst zal de Maasvlakte een sleutelrol spelen in de energietransitie in Nederland - bijvoorbeeld door de productie van groene waterstof met een geïnstalleerd vermogen tot 500 MW in 2030.
De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het bedienen en optimaliseren van installaties t.b.v. de bedrijfsvoering en het melden, beoordelen en oplossen van procesmatige verstoringen, en verder:
- Bewaakt, controleert, bedient en optimaliseert de werking van installaties, deelsystemen en componenten; test periodiek de veiligheid hiervan volgens procedures.
- Neemt installaties, deelsystemen en/of componenten in en uit bedrijf en past, in overleg met (Assistant) Shift Leader, de bedrijfsvoering aan. Analyseert storingen en heft deze op.
- Verricht kleinschalig procestechnisch onderhoud.
- Assisteert bij installatie- en procesconditiemetingen en bij het analyseren van de resultaten hiervan; neemt bevindingen door met de (Assistant) Shift Leader Operations inzake eventuele wijzigingen of aanpassingen op de bedrijfsvoering.
- Rapporteert aan de (Assistant) Shift Leader omtrent het gevoerde bedrijf.
- Werkt volgens de procedure Veilig Werken en ziet toe op de toepassing van deze procedure m.b.t. derden. Controleert deze werkzaamheden.
- Optimaliseert het stookproces inclusief de inzet van (bij)stookproducten, met inachtname van de kwaliteit van de bijproducten.
- De werkzaamheden worden verricht in een 5 ploegen dienst (Ploeggrootte 10 personen).
Wie zoeken wij
- Opleidings niveau MBO A.O.T. (allround operationeel technicus) opleiding of vergelijkbaar.
- Flexibel.
- Team speler.
- Analytisch.
- Ervaring in de energiesector is een pré.
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, beheersing van Duits en/of Engels is een pré.
- Gasmeet certificaat of de bereidheid dit te behalen.
- In bezit van BHV certificaat of bereidheid dit te halen.
- In het bezit zijn van het certificaat onafhankelijke ademlucht is een pré.
