Deine Aufgaben
- Operative Umsetzung der HSSE Vorgaben im Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Leitung der Mitarbeiter des Betriebsteams
- Mitarbeit bei Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen nach Erfordernis
- Durchführung und Überwachung von Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Partnerfirmenmanagement vor Ort, insbesondere Einweisung und Kontrollfunktion der Dienstleister
- Freischalt- und Verfügungserlaubniswesen sowie Arbeitserlaubnisverfahren
- Rufbereitschaft, Störungsbeseitigung und Hochwassermanagement
- VE-/BE- und PG-Berechtigung, Betriebsschaltberechtigung
- Ggf. Übernahme der Ausbildung dezentraler Azubis
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Meister- oder Technikerqualifikation im Fachgebiet Elektrotechnik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und Unterhalt von Wasserkraftwerken wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der zielorientierten Mitarbeiterführung
- Grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel und Powerpoint)
- SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Bedien- und Schaltberechtigung
