Your responsibilities
We would like to offer you a process mining master project on this maintenance process. In a previous project, the PM/WCM process has been analysed in different perspectives of Notifications, Orders Operations and Isolations using data from SAP PGC for various power plants across Germany, the UK and the Netherlands. For these power plants, a end-to-end high-level “as-is” process model was created to easy the transition of all power plants to a single SAP S4 instantiation. In this project, we have two aims:
- See whether additional power plants fit the as-is process model, and update the model where necessary
- Analyse the differences between the different power plants and the as-is process model in more detail, using existing and new process comparison techniques
- Upon analysing the detailed variants in the process, identify a potential harmonised way of working the Maintenance orders to migrate into S4
