Binnen onze afdeling Corporate Communications & Governmental Relations (CCGR) op de locatie Rotterdam-Capelle zijn wij op zoek naar een fulltime Manager CCGR.
Waar zoeken wij iemand voor
Vanuit deze functie geef je invulling aan de strategische positionering van het merk Uniper in Nederland en formuleert de Uniper standpunten ten aanzien van ontwikkelingen in het maatschappelijke en politieke speelveld die een effect (kunnen) hebben op de bedrijfsbelangen van Uniper in Nederland. Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor interne en externe communicatie namens Uniper in Nederland.
Je zorgt voor een consistent beeld van alle Uniper-activiteiten – zowel lokaal als wereldwijd – in Nederland en brengt het Uniper-verhaal tot leven. Jouw werk creëert een herkenbare en samenhangende merkbeleving die onze strategie en waarden weerspiegelt in alle communicatiekanalen.
Je ondersteunt de Country Chair en internationale CCGR-team, inzake vraagstukken van algemeen bedrijfsbelang en het ondersteund relaties met specifieke doelgroepen (stakeholders) teneinde invloed uit te oefenen op de mogelijkheden voor Uniper om succesvol bedrijf te kunnen voeren binnen de Benelux.
Je bent waar nodig de schakel met nationale overheden (zoals ministeries, Tweede Kamer) en coördineert Uniper’s betrokkenheid bij Nederlandse brancheorganisaties (waaronder Energie Nederland).
De werkzaamheden die je uitvoert zijn:
- Het ontwikkelen, borgen en uitvoeren van Unipers corporate communicatiestrategie in Nederland, in lijn met de Uniper Group-communicatiestrategie en branding. Dit omvat alle interne en externe (crisis)communicatie, woordvoerderschap en mediacontacten waarin Uniper Benelux wordt vertegenwoordigd. Je schakelt hiervoor actief met het hoofdkantoor in Düsseldorf.
- Het monitoren van politieke en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen (regelgeving, strategische positionering) die invloed hebben op de energiesector in Nederland en specifiek op de marktpositie en reputatie van Uniper Benelux.
- Het opstellen van adviezen hoe Uniper zich in Nederland met het oog op die ontwikkelingen strategisch kan positioneren op het gebied van lobby en communicatie;
- Het actief bouwen van een brug tussen het hoofdkantoor in Düsseldorf en interne stakeholders, waaronder de Country Chair, het lokale bestuur en plantmanagers.
- Het vertegenwoordigen van Uniper in Nederlandse brancheorganisaties op werkniveau, het voorbereiden van bijeenkomsten en het coördineren van alle vertegenwoordigingen van Uniper in Energie Nederland;
Wie zoeken wij
- Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in Communicatie, Bestuurskunde of Bedrijfskunde.
- Bij voorkeur ervaring als persvoorlichter of in de journalistiek.
- Bij voorkeur meerdere jaren (5–8) ervaring in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving, idealiter binnen de energiesector.
- Ervaring met beleidsadvisering op directieniveau en in een internationale context.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands en Engels.
- Sterk in het opbouwen en onderhouden van professionele netwerken.
- Flexibel, resultaatgericht en stressbestendig.
