Leitstandfahrer/ Schichtführer (w/m/d) am Standort Gronau / Epe
Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des Ein- und Ausspeicherbetriebs der Speicheranlage
- Steuerung und Überwachung des Betriebs von Gas – Erstbefüllungsanlagen bzw. Flutungsanlagen
- Fahrplanmanagement (Erfüllung der physischen Anforderungen bezgl. Speicher und Anschlussleitungen)
- Unterstützung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Festlegung und Nominierung des Strombedarfs
- Bergrechtlich bestellte verantwortliche Person für die Speicheranlagen mit Weisungsbefugnis
- Zyklische Erfassung und Auswertung von Speicherdaten in speziellen Anwendungen und Datenbanken
- Durchführung von Speichertests und Leckratentests
- Durchführung von Einfahrprogrammen an den Maschinen nach Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Messwert-/Meldungsvalidierung
- Aufnahme von Störmeldungen aus dem Betriebsbereich
- Überwachung von aufgeschalteten Brandmelde-, Gaswarn- und Überwachungsanlagen
- Koordinienation mit dem Entstördienst von Einsätzen von Mitarbeitern und Kontraktoren
Dein Profil
- Berufsausbildung im Industriebetrieb zum Facharbeiter, Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder Betriebselektriker. Vorzugsweise chemische, petrochemische Industrie oder Kraftwerksbereich
- Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in englischer Sprache wünschenswert aber kein Muss-Kriterium
- PC-Kenntnisse SAP / Windows notwendig
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
