Leiter Technische Steuerung (w/m/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams bestehend aus Fachexperten für Elektrotechnik, Maschinentechnik, Bauwesen, Dokumentation und Leittechnik
- Verantwortliche Mitwirkung, die Sicherheitskultur des Unternehmens umzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln, Beachtung der HSSE-Vorgaben, Unfallanalysen sowie Sicherstellung der Vorgaben zum zentralen Vorschriftenwesen
- Steuerung des strategischen Dienstleisters und Partnerfirmen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Übernahme der Aufgaben und Verantwortung als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft „VEFK“ für den gesamten Bereich der Kraftwerksgruppe Main
- Leistungsüberwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Leistungsuntersuchung (inkl. Störungsanalysen)
- Unterstützung der Betriebs- & Instandhaltungsoptimierung im Verantwortungsbereich unter Nutzung analytischer Tools
- Ansprechpartner der Kraftwerksgruppe für Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Mitarbeit bei Budgeterfassung, -erstellung und -controlling
- Projektunterstützung und ggf. Projektleitung und Koordinierung größerer oder KW-gruppenübergreifender Projekte
- Unterstützung im Stakeholdermanagement
- Aufsichtsbereitschaft und Krisenmanagement
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik / Energietechnik / Leittechnik
- Mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Betrieb idealerweise von Kraftwerken oder in vergleichbaren Betrieben im Bereich Elektrotechnik
- Gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel und PowerPoint) sowie SAP-Kenntnisse
- Idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der zielorientierten Mitarbeiterführung
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse der branchenrelevanten Regeln der Technik, der Arbeitssicherheit und des Umweltschutzes
- Mobilität (Führerschein Klasse B) und Bereitschaft zu Außendiensttätigkeiten (kurzfristig bzw. für die Dauer von Projekten) im gesamten Wirkungsbereich der Wasserkraft
