Health & Safety Advisor (g/v/m)
Wat ga je doen?
- Je loopt regelmatig veiligheidsrondes op de plant en spreekt collega’s aan op veilig gedrag en adviseert over een veilige aanpak bij uit te voeren werkzaamheden
- Je helpt mee met het verbeteren van veiligheidsprocedures en werkinstructies en let erop dat ze gevolgd worden.
- Je controleert het gebruik en de opslag van gevaarlijke stoffen, houdt het register bij en doet periodieke inspecties.
- Je ondersteund en begeleid blootstellingsmetingen (zoals geluid of gevaarlijke stoffen) en houdt hiervoor de registraties bij
- Je voert risico-inventarisaties en taakrisicoanalyses (TRA) uit, samen met de betrokken afdelingen.
- Je onderzoekt incidenten en bijna incidenten, verzamelt informatie en helpt mee met het vinden van oorzaken en oplossingen.
- Je deelt/geeft toolboxen, learnings en instructies met medewerkers, contractors en derden.
- Je neemt deel aan revisies en projecten om de veiligheidsaspecten te waarborgen en af te stemmen met betrokken partijen.
Wat breng je mee
- Een afgeronde opleiding Middelbare Veiligheidskunde (MVK).
- Bij voorkeur ervaring in een technische of industriële omgeving (zoals energie, chemie of infra).
- Een praktische instelling: je voelt je thuis op de werkvloer, bent zichtbaar en durft mensen aan te spreken (hands-on mentaliteit)
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een nuchtere, oplossingsgerichte houding.
- Basiskennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van veiligheid en gezondheid.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, en voldoende kennis van het Engels.
