Head Technician Electrical (g/v/m)
Wat ga je doen:
- Er wordt een introductie programma opgesteld en leermogelijkheden aangeboden. Tevens maak je deel uit van de vakgroep E die zich richt op kwaliteit, regelgeving, ontwikkeling en opleiding.
- Je ziet toe en draagt bij aan de veiligheids- en milieu doelstellingen van de afdeling.
- Je organiseert en coördineert preventieve, correctieve en modificatie onderhouds- en inspectiewerkzaamheden. Hierbij stuur je technicians aan. Je evalueert en rapporteert m.b.t. de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
- Je regelt het voorbereiden en plannen van deze werkzaamheden op het gebied van veiligheid, milieu, scope, methode, materiaal, mensen en middelen. Stelt, indien nodig, hiervoor specificaties op en bespreekt deze met leveranciers.
- Je beoordeelt offertes (inhoudelijk en financieel), controleert meerwerk rekeningen van derden. Legt bestellingen aan in SAP, voert ingangscontrole uit en verzorgt de financiële afhandeling van bestellingen en/of opdrachten.
- Je ondersteunt bij het in- en uitbedrijf nemen en proefdraaien van installaties na onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
- Je lokaliseert en analyseert storingen en lost deze op. Je voert inspecties en onderzoeken uit aan installaties en geeft technisch advies m.b.t. de staat van de installaties, modificaties, onderhoud en beheer.
- Je geeft input aan beoordelingen van contractors t.b.v. contractor safety meetings.
Wie zoeken wij
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring op hoog- en/of laagspanningsgebied;(NEN3140/NEN3840)
- STIPEL-certificaat hoog- en laagspanning of bereidt dit te behalen.
- Kennis van generatoren, transformatoren, kabels, netaankoppelingen, verdeelinstallaties op laag- en hoogspanning niveau. Alsmede secundaire installaties zoals beveiligingen, synchronisatie, spanningsregeling, omschakelingen, veilige voedingen.
- Bekent met het maken van werkplannen, schakelplannen, TRA en ITP.
- MBO-4 niveau Elektrotechniek / Energietechniek
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken bent communicatief, coachend, leergierig, kritisch en flexibel
- Kwaliteitsdenken zit in je bloed, je bent goed in het maken van duidelijke kwaliteits afspraken en controleert of deze worden nagekomen door eigen personeel en/of leveranciers.
- Je bent goed in het samenwerken met directe collega's en collega’s van andere afdelingen. Je kunt je aanpassen in verschillende rollen die per project of team kunnen verschillen.
- Een commerciële en ondernemende instelling is belangrijk en heb je nodig bij het contracteren van leveranciers voor projecten en/of dagelijks onderhoud
