Was Dich in der Ausbildung erwartet

Im Rahmen Deines praxisintegrierenden dualen Studiums (Beginn 01.09.2026) an der Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen verknüpfst Du das bei Uniper erworbene praktische Anwendungswissen mit den Studieninhalten der Vorlesungen an der Westfälischen Hochschule.

Während des Bachelor Studiums Maschinenbau mit der Vertiefungsrichtung „Energie- und Konstruktionstechnik“ wirst Du ab dem ersten Tag mit einem umfangreichen Mentoring durch unsere IngenieurInnen begleitet. Du lernst in den Praxisphasen bei Uniper verschiedene Bereiche und Standorte unseres internationalen Unternehmens kennen. So wirst Du von Beginn an in wichtige Projekte einbezogen und unterstützt uns bei der Realisierung von unternehmens-spezifischen Aufgabenstellungen und lernst dabei ganz nebenbei auch die entsprechenden Geschäftsprozesse kennen.

Das Studium an der Westfälischen Hochschule in Gelsenkirchen beinhaltet neben den Grundlagen wie Mathematik, Thermodynamik und Konstruktionstechnik auch spezifisch wählbare Vertiefungsmodule wie z. B. Künstliche Intelligenz und Maschinelles Lernen, Programmiertechniken oder metallische Werkstoffkunde. Das Studium endet nach vier Jahren mit einer Bachelorarbeit, die Du auch bei uns im Unternehmen absolvieren kannst.
